clinical and administrative medical
experience managing workloads and

Screening Associate Team Lead/Manager
July 2020 - Current
Manage 40-50 employees in a 24/7/365 Screening Program.
Responsibilities include interviews, new hire orientation, continual
training and team building, timely execution of escalations received,
scheduling, I9 verifications, time and attendance, timecard approvals,
conduct staff meetings, supply inventory.
Showroom Manager
May 2019 - May 2020
Oversee cycle counting on all inventory, assist staff with goal setting
and ways to achieve them, perform open and close procedures (open the store, conduct dynamic morning meeting with staff, close cash drawer and deposit cash, close store, etc.), handle escalated
customer service issues, manage the flow of the store in all aspects
along with my GM.
